Marriage Check-up

Engaged, Married, Re-Married

Interested in a relationship check-up? Curious about your relationship's strengths and areas for growth? If you're skeptical about relationship assessments, why not start with a no-strings-attached assessment and a 60-minute review session?

During this session, We'll walk you through the results, highlighting your relationship's strengths and identifying areas that could benefit from a bit more attention.

If, after our initial meeting, you feel inspired to further enhance or reinforce your relationship through additional sessions, we can arrange that!  The fee covers the cost of the assessment and includes several helpful handouts. Please note, that during our session, we'll explore specific parts of the report together, but full access to the complete report will not be available unless you continue in sessions.

Assessment and 4-6 sessions

Looking to enhance communication, deepen understanding, and strengthen your connection with your partner? This tailored package is designed with your relationship in mind. Begin by taking the assessment individually, then in our first session, we'll determine the number of sessions needed to address key topics. These sessions will encompass reviewing assigned homework and exercises, while also focusing on enhancing awareness and communication skills. Together, we'll work towards achieving your goals and fostering personal growth.

This package includes the assessment, 1-90min session, 4-60min sessions, access to the full report (upon completion of all sessions), a comprehensive workbook, and coaching on the exercises to ensure maximum benefit and growth for your relationship.
